Cart issue. Purchase one item at checkout it changed to 2 items. Could not remove second item, had to start over.
Major issue was order shipped in two packages with tracking info showing one shipment. Only half of order arrived per tracking and no other info of second package being shipped.
I love the products and prices and will continue to shop/buy from you, but your checkout process is difficult. It's not at all user friendly. It took me 15 minutes to get this order completed going back and forth. You need to streamline the process to make it easy. Thank you!

Quick and easy found what I needed and got it ordered in about 5 minutes.
The only problem I had was that the wrong tracking number was emailed to me. When I called to find out why my tracking number wasn't working the lady I spoke with looked up the information and told me the package was marked out for delivery that day. Sure enough when I returned home after work there it was. My son and I installed the save a jack system the next day with no problem. My wife and I used the trailer that weekend and the system worked as advertised. It took me all of 2 minutes total to put both front stabilizer jacks on during setup and less than a minute to remove them as we were getting ready to leave. Great product would highly recommend it to anyone who's stabilizer jacks hang down to far.
A little disappointed. Paid $240 dollars for an item that described to be the same as original but in reality it did not fit the original holes, only one hole. I replied to company twice and all I got was you only need one hole. Disappointing, and they want to charge a restocking fee for an item that was described incorrectly. I would not recommend.A bit early to say until I receive product, but the best price I come across.
Great Prices and Fast Shipping! The online order form would not let me use my Paypal account - I couldn't enter my email address to complete the transaction - a minor inconvenience. I will be buying from RV Upgrades again soon.

I order late Friday evening after they sent all orders out... Called Monday she was so nice. That's always a great sign. She told me it would be to me on Friday. You guessed it, it was. So perfect, and again nice people to deal with. Two thumbs up, I would recommend this business to anyone... thanks again.
This was exactly what I was looking for. My original one was not made with coiled wiring and dragged on the ground rubbing it in two. Camping World made one up for me at a cost of $216.00! Wow. This was a great buy and I looked everywhere before I found RV Upgrades. Very happy with this product.
I asked the young lady what was the weight of this unit & was informed that it was 50# and the ceiling unit, 10#. Imagine my surprise to learn upon delivery that the unit is 95#! I will still use the unit, but am a little querulous about putting over 100# on the top of my pop-up camper.

The customer service rep was great, very responsive to my needs and made sure that she called me back on a product that was showing out of stock whenever she actually found it in stock. Good telephone experience. Courteous and helpful. I placed my order online a week later. The ordering process went smoothly. My only concern was the lack of communication during the ten days or so that the order was being processed and shipped. A confirmation of shipment and a tracking number would have been nice and eliminated my email to find out where the order was.
Amber and Stephanie were right on top of things. Both informed me of the new company policies for deliveries to apartment complexes and both were understanding and considerate of my response. Both wasted no time in contacting me via telephone to confirm my email response and immediately processed my orders without further delay. Shipping prices are quite high for the small items in my order. Just thought I would mention that. This order could have fit in a standard envelope (with the price of a stamp) but arrived in a 12" square box. Really kind of a waste of money(mine)and materials(yours).

Best prices here, shipping was very fast and packaged very well so it would not get damaged. This is the first place I look every time. We just bought our first NEW camper ever, and first camper of any kind in over 18 years, so we are having to buy everything we need for camping all over again. This is my go to store.
Customer service contacted me regarding a hose that was unavailable, which was delivered on time and included with the rest of my shipment. The Customer Service Technician was extremely helpful and provided me with additional information with my newly purchased RV. I will definitely purchase items from this company again and recommend them.
Love the price of the central vac system,I will be buying more RV products from you. I ordered it 5 days before my travel cross country, it only took two days to receive and only took me about 30 minutes to install it.Super easy to install and a lot of suction for a little cetral vac.Very happy with this product.
