This is the second blower wheel I have gotten from the for my Rv. Fast shipping and good prices.
TLDR, I've created three different tickets to inform them they screwed up my shipping address on an order. It's been more than a week and they haven't responded. Now the order was delivered several states away from where it should have been and I can't get the item. This is on them, they have poor customer service and I will be disputing the issue through PayPal. Oh, and I still have no heat or air because I relied on them and they let me down.
I created an account on their website to specifically have a way to provide my shopper information and have a way to directly access order information.
I explicitly verified my shipping information in my cart when placing my order.
I chose to pay via PayPal and the site completely disregarded the shipping information I provided.
Worse, I was never informed of the change! Where was the order confirmation page? Where was the order review page? I went from "Yes this is the information I provided you" to a PayPal redirect to log-in and confirm my PayPal account. Upon successful verification of the PayPal account I was redirected to an "Order Success" page. No indication of the final shipping information nor any indication that they over-rode the ONLY shipping information I provided them.
They indicated the item would arrive to me between the 10th and 14th. So on the 10th I decided to track and see how the order had progressed over the couple of days since placing the order. To my surprise the order hadn't been shipped yet and I discovered their shipping address mistake. I immediately emailed them for support! Asking hey, don't tell me it could arrive as early as a date when you haven't given it a chance to do that (its an over promise under-deliver) and also this is the wrong shipping address. They NEVER responded! I called during business hours the next day NO ANSWER, left a message, NEVER responded. I created a trouble ticket on their site also later that day, NEVER responded. The item I ordered is sitting on a porch unattended in Arkansas where I moved from in January. I'm in Florida at the only address I've ever provided for them to ship my order to me.
Received my order in a timely manner. I ordered two wheel sensors. Only one of the 2 Worked Pl. They call and crickets. Haven't heard anything since.
$20 for a replacement spark plug that is less than $3 at an auto parts store, the package says Onan, but the spark plug is a common Champion. Shipping was about $10 of the price. Would have been better to remove the old plug, and see it was a Champion brand, because Onan parts are pricey.

I recieved the wrong item it should have been (5) five of the GSNI-5200-30 and I recieved the 5100-30. To where do i send these back so you can send me the correct ones.
I recently purchased an equalizer jack handle, it showed more than five in stock. After calling multiple times finally getting someone I was informed that they put stock online when they truly don't have it. I was told that is a directive from the owner, if you can purchase items elsewhere, please do so.
Its a well built lock easy to install but unable to pair phones up to and unable to change the pin and there is no tech support I've called the number a dozen times and no one ever answers so if you won't a well built lock easy to install with everybody knowing your pin number go for it

This was a good shopping experience except for the fact that I ordered the identical item from this store 11 months ago and it has almost tripled in price. The delivery was timely and the item was as promised but a 285% price increase in less than a year was really excessive. I understand prices go up (I run a business myself) but almost 300%! That is what caused the lower star review.
Ordered self leveling white but received non-self leveling 551LSD-1. Have not had a chance to contact customer service yet.
