I've ordered a fan for my rv and im glad that i was checking daily the fedex tracking number they provided. When my order arrived at my state the seller contacted Fedex and asked to return it.
Since I've noticed that, i was able to get my $230 back after call my bank.
Attempted to contact them by email twice since they do not provide a phone number and didn't get an answer. After they noticed that i have canceled the order with my bank they decided to send me a reply using a fake excuse to return the package (3 days later).
Do not buy anything from them. Go for Amazon or another site that provides a phone number for customer service.
No one will honor guarantee. Amy with Suburban is extremely rude! Should not work with public.
Suburban Nautilus failed in less than two years. Heat exchanger (the copper pipe) failed with holes.
Suburban will not honor guarantee and will not sell you the part.
Ordered a $400 item. Got an email saying it shipped and would take 1 to 2 weeks with a tracking link. 3 weeks later it hadn't showed up yet. Went back to the email and clicked the tracking link and the link was a bad link. No shipping company listed either. I went to the site to call them... no phone number. Filled out their contact us form. No reply. Finally found an email and got an answer that they never got contacted from me about it and they cancelled my order and are refunding. They refuse to answer why they called it shipped with a fake tracking number and why they never contacted me to say the item was back ordered as they say it is now. They claim they never shipped it yet I have their email saying they did. Scammers hoping you don't notice your order never came.
We already had a Dometic 310 China Toilet w/Hand Spray that leaked from the pedal... We bought a second one and it is the same problem. I've reported it both to RV Supplies and Dometic and got no answer back from either of them. Seems that they have a problem with the water valve but won't admit it... they don't care about their customers. I will never again buy from them; we lost $145. RV Supplies even want us to evaluate their product, but of course the site for this is not working the captcha is missing. There will be 2 nice toilets in the trash. Great - don't buy from them!
Rvsupplies.com has excellent delivery service and pricing. Order received extremely fast at great price. You need to know exactly what you want when placing order online. Customer support phone number to call for assistance is not available.
I found the water heater for my family's summer cottage that I was looking for at a reasonable price. I was delighted to discover that a current version of the LP gas only model, including the front cover, that we needed to replace was available at rvsupplies.com. After placing my order, I received my order right on time based on my selected shipping option. Since I received the unit, I recommended rvsupplies.com to a neighbor who was considering a water heater for her summer cottage and showed her my new unit and where we'll be installing it. My one suggestion is to provide information about measurement specifications for the water and gas connections.
The product I purchased was the best price around. The way my product was packaged was bad. RV supplies just sent the original box the fan was packaged in. The box arrived with broken corners and split open. All parts were there but at this time I have not installed the van to see if it works!
We ordered a single zone thermostat and the Dometic 13,500 btu Low Profile Penguin II ac to add to the bedroom of our RV. Unfortunately the ac unit does not include any of the mounting hardware. I thought there was a mistake, but when I reread the description it doesn't mention the installation hardware.
Be aware that if you are ordering a product that it may NOT include all that is needed for installation. In our case it delayed installation about a week. The installation hardware is a specialty item not sold by RVsupplies.
We have not used the ac yet but i'm sure the unit will work as it should.
This was a very good price for the RV hot water heater that I needed, and this website was very easy to navigate to finalize the purchase.
I was able to do the installation myself with the tools I already had and the removal and installation was much easier than expected.
Everything up to trying to return the item was great except the item didn't match the picture on your web site. Now everything is bad because it is tacking so long to get the return number so I can send it back befor the return time passes. Thank you for your help getting this resolved.

Nice website, easy to navigate and find what I want, good pricing, now just waiting for the product and install it. Cheers
This was our first purchase from rvsupplies.com and if future customer service is as good as it was for this purchase, we expect a long lasting relationship.
You got here and was cheaper than Amazon. Glad I seen where they got it so I could order straight from you..
The only other thing that would be great is if you offered a "You might also need" selection page after I placed the inner tank in the cart. I didn't know if I needed anything else. Turned out I needed some sealant and hose clamps.
Secondly, The compression rings don't fit. We shouldn't have to file the tubes to try to make it work just to snap them in half before we get them on. Find an alternative solution please. Even the professional RV repair services have had to build a tool to put these on. The DIY guy would appreciate an alternative solution or a tool to keep us from snapping the rings. I used 2 hose clamps I had to purchase separately. I'd suggest sending two gaskets (front and back), some sealant and two adjustable hose clamp type rings we can tighten down on the front. Even though I used a hose clamp, I don't feel 100% confident that I won't get exhaust in the coach. I will say thank you for providing a much cheaper way to make this repair for we DIYers. Lastly, some instruction on the flow through radiator tube version, like a warning on antifreeze shooting out the hoses, and whether or not the DIYer needs to plug them Ect. Other than that it was a great product and I pulled off the fix and saved $900. Thank you.
Have not installed part yet. Would feel better if a phone # was available for questions and a location of the vendor.
Not sure if this is the problem solver. But as soon as I get to an area where someone can come check my unit I will know.
The ordering process went smoothly - if the product is high quality like expected, I will be back again.
My product was delivered earlier than estimated, which allowed me to complete my project ahead of schedule.
Only draw back they do not accept pay pal and there were NO installation instructions of any kind - had to go to ytube to find out how
You site shows a single grill, so I ordered 3. You actually shipped me 3 sets of 3.
Other than that, everything was great.
Answer: Good luck with that. Looks like Connecticut. Never found a phone number of exact address. Cs@rvsupplies.com is their "customer service" email they don't list on their site.
Answer: Scammers. No phone or address to contact them. I'm lucky to get my money back with my bank on time.
Answer: Do not purchase anything from them. They are scammers. No phone or address related to the company. I'm lucky to get my money back with my bank on time.
