My shirt order for my business came in with the printing being see-through instead of opaque. I messaged customer service and they did an excellent job of quickly re-doing and sending replacements. Very easy to work with. New shirts are perfect.
Placed our order and did not pay for expedited shipping lesson learned. If you need your items by a certain time pay the expedited fee it will save you all the headache. Luckily for me, Ms Nancy went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived on time for my cruise. I really appreciate that. Thank you for the great customer service.

Rush Order Tees came through for my company! The first batch of T-Shirts I ordered had printing issues around the lettering of our logo. I contacted their Customer Care Team which promptly responded with three options for resolution. The new shirts arrived quickly and just in time for our event. Best outcome I could have hoped for!

I ordered a custom designed shirt for xmas, and the proofs looked great. When I got it, it was a little off - no problem. They made a link super easy where I cpuld take pictures to show them, and contacted me within 24hrs to let mecknow they'd replace it and make it correct. So if you have concerns, don't. If it doesn't come

I had designed some shirts, and they looked very good, besides one design was misprinted, but they sent me a free replacement. Designing the shirts made sense, and they turned out good.

Finding quality t-shirts featuring an image of sixties psychedelic rock star Donovan has proven to be difficult. Fortunately, the customized Donovan t-shirt I ordered from Rush Order Tees is exactly what I had been looking for. The professional artistry involved in applying the specific image I selected to one of their top-quality t-shirts is fantastic. I will definitely do business with RUSH ORDER TEES again.

I have always had a great experience with Rush Order. Unfortunately, this time around my package never arrived. However, this was not the company's fault. Rather that it was the fault of a handler.
After handling things on the handler's side rush order was quick to respond in a respectful and timely manner. Unaware of what to do next. Their online service chat was extremely helpful in helping me find customer service.
The customer service rep was extremely sincere and sympathetic. Quickly putting in a new order together for me free of charge.

I had a copyright question about a customized shirt so I called in and was greeted with grace and professionalism. She answered my questions and it was so nice to speak to someone rather than an automated system. I'm at work at the moment so I can't type everything but this company is highly recommended and the customer service lady was amazing! She needs a raise

I ordered 16 shirts for our family and friends to wear to a very important horse race coming up to support the recent Rainbow Derby Winner, Dashing Tres. It was a print of the recent race win and the official derby logo on the front. The proofs were sent for approval almost immediately, and the changes were applied by that afternoon then approved for printing. I opted for the rush order turn around time and we had the shirts in just a couple of days. Great quality material shirts, the prints were PERFECT. Also their customer service is incredible, every order they've always responded so quickly. Very impressed, as usual, they never disappoint. Thank you!

I needed 3 T shirts for a Birthday Party and found Rush Order Tees online. Having never heard about them I was a little reluctant but the site is really user friendly ( which I need) and I was able to design them and decided to give it a try. I chatted with their chat line and they were very helpful. I was promised delivery by November 21st and they arrived right in time.
Again concerned when I opened the package and to my surprise they are perfect.
The quality, artwork, sizing and customer service were all excellent. Thank You Rush Order Tees and if someone who has doubts is reading this Go For It …you will not be disappointed.

Wanted sleeves done, called in and Dayanna Montoya was more than helpful, very well spoken, and got everything explained well. Called back after placing the order and Dayanna was able to get the sleeves done and put on the order for me. Afterwards I realized I had saved over a design in error and had a duplicate shirt. Once again after calling in Dayanna solved the issue immediately. An entirely painless process, with excellent hold times. Dayanna is amazing, thank you guys!
