Called up customer service and wanted to add on to a previous order - this was no problem for em! Actually, the shirt design turned out better than I had talked about, so have my new workout/running shirt for 2025 - and the Chicago Marathon!

First of all, beware a site that lists 5 star reviews, yet the reviews are not visible anywhere on the site. It makes me think they fabricate their own ratings--stars only, no actual written reviews to be found. They sent me 50 horribly embroidered hats that I needed in time for Christmas market. They were so bad it looked like I'd tried to make them myself. They offered me a 50% refund--as if I had any use for the ruined hats, and I had to fight back and forth to get a full refund. Needless to say, I never had the hats for market as it was too late to order from someone else in time. Then I ordered a printed shirt as a sample which arrived printed on a completely different shirt that what I specified--high low hem, white, tissue-weight, see-through. Everything I didn't want and didn't order. I contacted customer service and they said the one I ordered was out of stock, so they printed on that one instead. You'd think they might ASK me about that first? So now they've again offered me a 50% refund on a shirt I'm throwing away--no one wants it, as it is totally see through and has a bizarre cut (see photos). So I paid $25 for a throw away shirt. Abyssmal customer service. I would never use them again, and will tell the same to friends and colleagues. There are too many better companies out there.

I sincerely apologize that your experience didn’t go as expected. I can see that we made every effort to assist with the reprint of the hats, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to reach a resolution there. As a result, a full refund was issued as a courtesy.

Regarding the tee, I understand the frustration with product availability. As items sometimes sell out, adjustments are necessary to accommodate those changes. The good news is that the original garment is now back in stock, and a replacement is already on its way to you.

I customized a shirt with Rush Order Tees. The quality control group didn't notice that the back text was printed twice. I filed an issue on the website. I have not been reached out to by anyone. I've gotten automated messages that I'm getting a new one. Hopefully they don't screw that one up, as well. I'd like some confirmation from anyone that things will be taken care of this time. I don't like wasting my time or money, but that how this business makes me feel. Horrible customer service! After receiving a fixed order, I got a call to update my review. The only time a person will reach out to you, is if they have a request from you...

Disappointing
December 28, 2024

I placed four orders on November 27th for our company holiday party scheduled for December 19th. When I placed the order, I clearly specified the date I needed the items to arrive, and the company confirmed delivery before December 19th.

First issue: Two days after I placed and paid for the order, I was told one of the items was out of stock. Why wasn't your website updated to reflect availability? They offered me a "similar" product as a replacement. Initially, the replacement looked cheaper, but they assured me it was actually more expensive than the original product, so I reluctantly agreed to avoid delays. When it arrived, the replacement product was completely different and far inferior to what I had ordered—absolutely unacceptable.

This wasn't even the first time. Last year, they pulled a similar stunt by replacing items at the last minute with products in a different color due to stock issues.

The major issue now: Tomorrow is the day of our event, and one of the larger orders—critical for our party—has still not arrived. The tracking says it only just left a shipping facility in California today (12/18), and I'm in Minnesota. There is no way it will arrive on time.

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I called twice today. The first time, I waited 7-8 minutes before hanging up because I had other responsibilities. The second time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, the call was dropped, or they hung up on me.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never do business with this company again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

Great quality t-shirt(fabric) and prints

Rush Order Tees made sure that the t-shirts ordered arrive quickly, and the quality of the print turned out better than I expected. The price for the shirts were more affordable ( for single items) than some of the other websites I visited. The one thing I DID struggle with was choosing which shirt brand I wanted. There are so many selections online, that it can become overwhelming figuring out what might be the best product to choose from. Despite that, the overall experience was good and because of this, I will use Rush Order Tees for my next project.

Honest, excellent service

First time using rush order tees and got 3 hoodies. 1 came in printed upside down. I reached out and within 24 hours someone responded saying they were going to print and expedite a new one to me. New one came in less than a week. While I was initially a little disappointed, the quick response to make things right turned that around for me. The quality of the prints on these hoodies is awesome and I'll likely end up ordering a few more designs from here in the future.

I actually gave this company a 2 star review before because I was upset that my shirts didn't come in time for my company's event. I didn't purchase the speedy delivery because of the cost, but figured, they were not that far away. Also. I wasnt happy with the material. It was brought to my attention that I did choose the polyester instead of the higher quality one. The reason for changing my review to a higher score is because they communicated with me and worked on a resolve I was happy with, without me asking.
My advice is really read what kind of material your purchasing, and if you need it at a reasonable time, order way in advance if you don't want to pay the express delivery fee. I'm willing to give this co another try if I need any shirts in the future.

Ordered 3 jerseys on 4/24 with a requested 5/5 delivery date. They didn't start on my order until 5/3 which caused it to be delivered late and kids were without jerseys for game. Their response was they don't guarantee unless you pay extra for rush shipping.

This is most definitely my worst experience with any printer in my 30 year design career.
I have never had such poor quality presented, to a client in my life.
The logo has not been printed horizontally across shirt, but at an angle. Are you kidding me?

Rush Order Tees ( Rushordertees.com) does NOT give a refund. No matter how bad the quality.
What was misleading was their 5 star Ad with Google. Then I find out later. That this was false advertising, as I am reading on this website. I have some friends at google, I will contact them, and make sure that this company can no longer present false advertising.

$350 for 8 shirts, and no refund. That is a lot of money wasted!

Great Product/Poor Process

I love the quality of your products and how easy it is to manage designs. The challenge I have is this. With needing to check on inventory, etc. It takes me longer to get my order entered than to create my design.

If I don't check before ordering and pay for two day delivery and the shirts are not in stock, I end up paying the expedite fees but don't get the product for five or six days.

After I made the order I checked prices elsewhere and I found most other companies were less than half the price for the basic screen printing I was looking for. I have used this company for many years but I do believe at this point they are definitely taking advantage. I cannot recommend this company.

No Minimum for Screen Printing - but also minimum

My review is more for the fact that your website states that there is no minimum for screen printing and when I asked whether we can guarantee things are screen printing vs dtf, I was told there is a minimum for screen printing. This is directly opposite from what is on the website faq. When I said it to the person helping me, they simply asked if there were any other questions and didn't explain the discrepancy.

Designing the shirts was easy on their website, but when it came to getting the proofs, they were missing information. I called and talked to a representative and he assured me that the year would be printed on the shirts even though it did not show up on the proof. Therefore, I went ahead and ordered the shirts. What really upset me is that the company used the same size image on a size small as they did on a size XXL so it looks correct on the size small but looks ridiculous on the size XXL.

Group order option is amazing!

I am floored. I'm seriously more than satisfied with my recent experience. The inclusive sizing helped me with the perfect gift. You carry the exact brand and size of sweatshirt I needed for my brother. The design studio was incredibly easy to use. The designers read my mind and helped remove a black boundary I didn't want to print. The image quality is gorgeous. The ability to get this level of output on a single item for a very fair price was seriously so fun. Great work. We're so happy.

Dellightful experience.

I am so impressed not only with this company but with their customer service. I felt there might be a problem with the decal on the shirt that I ordered. I sent in the requested photograph, and they sent me an email stating they were remaking the shirt. This is the second custom shirt I have had made through RushOrderTees, and I can promise it won't be the last.
