I needed senior night tshirts for our softball game, and the girls waited until a few days before the game to decide to tell me to order some. Well, I thought, no way this is going to happen. But, to my surprise and excitement, Tyler made it happen! The shirts came out exactly as expected, and I picked them up in time for the game! Tyler was very responsive to my emails and communications. It was a pleasure to order with Rush Order Tees, and I will again for any of my future needs!
Overall the whole process of designing and ordering printed items was fairly easy. Did experience a few glitches but customer support was great and resolved issues quickly. I was on a tight deadline, so didn't have a lot of time to finesse my project, but still got all the items as promised. My only complaint was that I had made changes to my project and got confusing information about getting the updated proofs (which I never got, prior to going to production) and items going into production. But, none the less, the printing came out as expected. Good job!

I needed to have my design tailored to our shirt and wanted to ensure it was correct and possible before submitting my order. He was quick and completed it for me + send the link to automatically add it to my cart. Excellent customer service and will be doing business with ROT again because of Josh!

The online status checker isn't very specific in showing where exactly in the process the step is. For instance, it is mid afternoon on 5/31 and order supposed to arrive 6/2 but the status says in production. However, reaching out via chat was helpful. They assured me my order would arrive as scheduled. They explained the production status is the quickest step and is usually actually done the day before shipping.

I have nothing but great things to say about RushOrderTees. My project was and is extremely important to me. Jace helped me design the perfect T-shirt. The production team put together a great design. I ordered several. They arrived right on time. I was elated at the very high quality of the shirts and the reproduction of the artwork. There was one small glitch on one of the T's. I called customer service and Jessica took care of it immediately. Seriously, I am totally impressed. I'll be reordering very soon.

I had accidentally clicked "Automatic Art Approval" in checkout, which resulted in an error in my art design. I reached out via chat, and in less than 5 minutes, Josh kindly helped me resolve the problem. I am super grateful and appreciative!

I created a picture of my son's face with some wording on the bottom. Throughout their design phase, there was nothing indicating that they would not be able to do what their own design page was showing me. When I get the shirt, the image was very dark. Half of the image you couldn't even tell that it was my son it was so dark. I inquired about a possible resolution through their customer experience form. Was promptly responded to within a day.
The result is this. They admitted that they need a higher resolution image, or a vector image in order to do their best. Well, why wasn't that conveyed during the design phase. They just let me pay for a useless shirt and, under the guise of "Due to the custom nature of the goods", they cannot offer a refund even though they admit they will not be able to provide me what I ordered.
We ordered 2 sweatshirts as we are a new small business. Although many of the items we wanted has a minimum amount and we ended up settling on a lower quality sweatshirt, the design and print is 100% amazing. The HD digital is *chefs kiss*. The price is worth it, and we got our items earlier than predicted, and I'm talking a week early!
We do our best to offer as much as possible with no minimums but some items aren't available form the vendors in single pieces. I hope the sweatshirt you went with was just as well received as the print! Thank you for this honest and fantastic feedback.
Would not make a very basic and reasonable shirt. Their delivery time sucks to, as well as their customer service. God help you if you need a refund--you a better of pulling teeth. The one shirt I did get was very, very subpar in quality. These guys really do it all--badly, that is. A well, well deserved 1 star review.

They printed a design I didn't order, charged me $240 for a few t-shirts I can't use, and their solution was to send me more t-shirts within 7-10 days, when I needed them for the following day. No attempt to remedy otherwise.

My wife is very particular on the types of tops she likes. Most other custom tshirt sites give a very basic offering of styles and colors...NONE of which she likes!
