Rush my passport was great. They did everything they promised. I noticed a few negative reviews before I committed but considering I deal with people all day I know that you can't please everybody no matter how hard you try. If you show up with unrealistic expectations I'm sure you will end up unhappy. I would use them again and I will also recommend them to friends if they love to procrastinate as much as I do.

The only concern is it would have been nice to be notified when the passport was issued/approved. It was a couple of days later when I was notified it was sent. I was concerned because of my pending vacation, so it would have been great to be notified as soon as the passport was approved. Everything else was fabulous and I would use this service again.

My husband and I realized our passports were expiring a week and half before we were leaving for the Turks and Caicos.
