My ONLY suggestion is that there be a list of ALL things necessary to have/or to do right at the beginning. 73 years young, legally blind - I arranged transportation to go take passport photos; returned home forwarded the information to rushmypassport I was ready for next step - LO & BEHOLD - next step was that I needed to again arrange transport to get a bank money order & the package mailed - all within an hour's time. GOD blessed me w/a "chance" phone call of a volunteer driver who came & got me through -- I COULD have done. All in one trip out HAD I known ahead.
