Staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. It made the process incredibly easy. On that front, I would give 5 stars. However, I am slightly disappointed in paying for next day service, yet not receiving my passport for nearly a week. I submitted my order on a Thursday and did not receive my passport until the following Wednesday evening.

The only "issue" was not an issue at all, I had forgotten my time frame to expect my documents and was concerned about the timing, however the rep that I worked with reminded me of the timing and all was well.
