Other then a piece of paper not being in my first set of paperwork... which I made copies of everything I sent. I feel it was misplaced. The customer service was great. The response time was fantastic and I would use them again
I am terrible with forms, and being too old to have grown up with computers, am frequently confused by the language and don't know what is wanted - so end up making an error, or missing a small but crucial direction, that sends me back around to redo a long detailed form.
