I am soooooo glad I found this service. I had less than 2 weeks to get a passport with a HOLIDAY in the middle. There were no appointments at the Passport office. They were so wonderful. I chose the 3-5 business day option but I would recommend them just for a regular passport. They walked me through everything needed and were much more helpful than anybody at the post office. I received my passport 2 days ahead of my trip just as promised.

Great service - Very organized
I didn't get approval from my work for my vacation time until 3 weeks out. It slipped my mind until that moment when I started my packing list that my passport had expired. I was in the middle of a house re-finance so my mind was on other things! I knew at one time that I could do a walk-in passport renewal, but found that with all the security changes that was no longer feaaable for driving into Canada since I did not have proof that I intended to visit. An internet search brought up your service, I got started immediately and was quite pleased to receive my passport so promptly! Awesome job!
The whole process went smoothly my husbands and my passport were processed together and we even received a refund for the fedex charge that wasn't needed since the paper work was sent together.

I paid for "next day" service, which would have been on a Friday. I paid extra for Saturday delivery, but the passport wasn't delivered until the fifth day, the following Tuesday. My departure was early on Wednesday so if the passport had not arrived when it did it would have been a disaster. Job done, but some anxious moments.
No refund was offered for inability to deliver on Saturday and delays in queing at the State Department were not explained. It would be a help if RMP explained the details of their process.

I first thought the price was high, but if you consider how much work goes into getting a passport, then the cost is not that high. Especially when it has to be done from start to finish in less than week. I would highly recommend using this service if normal channels cannot be used.
