When I called customer service I was completely freaked out like a deer in the headlights about trying to do all that I had to do to renew my passport quickly. The customer service representative was calm, clear and patient and within about 60 seconds so was I. I followed the checklist of requirements and FedExed everything to them that day. They emailed me a day or two later to say that they had sent by courier all my documents to the passport agency. The kept me apprised of for timing every step of the way. The passport arrived well within the 12 days it was promised and I'm all set for my trip now. I highly recommend this company for expedited passport renewal.
