We had lost my daughter's passport and needed to replace ASAP as we were flying out of the counry in 4 days. This service actually works, it's expensive but it worth it. If you follow the directions to the letter, you will have no problems. Customer service reps are very helpful and compassionate. We sent off all our documentation overnight, they had 'appointment' set up for that next day at the passport office to bring our documentation in for us. If it's all in order they will ship your passport next day. The key is having ALL your documentation, SIGNED properly, in the proper envelopes. Great service!

I never had to wonder and contact customer service about that. Excellent 5 star service!
