What a lifesaver! When the panic hits, two weeks before your trip, that your passport has expired, it's nice to know Rush My Passport is on your side. The process was simple, straight forward and my passport arrived several days ahead of schedule.
I needed to rush my husband's passport. A bit nerve-wracking, as I noticed late that his was expired and we we already had nonrefundable tickets that were very expensive, including tickets for our children. Rushmypassport provided outstanding service at every step of the process and delivered the passport precisely at the time promised. Exceptionally courteous and skilled in every respect.
Next time I will get passport updated sooner, but if you are a procrastinator and need a passport fast, this is the one place I would recommend. Sent everything via their fedex account on Tuesday and received passport on Thursday. I was scared to pay such a large sum of money over the internet, but once product was placed, the instructions were easy to follow and they produced results, this is why I would recommend them and use them again!
There was an slight misunderstanding when asked to send flight intinerary. Agent didn't specify my name was needed. I called to be sure all received documents were correct and find out about it. I provided intinerary with my name and there were no other issues.
