From the time I completed my documents until I received was a day or two longer than I expected from reading about your service in advance. This time did meet the promised time when I actually spoke to a representative. The promised today when I started the process was December 18 and the arrival time was December 21. The later than originally desired time delayed me in applying for a visa to India which I am still waiting to receive. This in turn resulted having to change my travel arrangements. You delivered as promised but less than what I had hoped for!
I was leaving for deployment and I Procrastinated with getting a passport but I set up my paperwork and received my new passport within a week!

I took a few months getting my stuff together, (I just couldnt'd make myself get a picture taken). I called their number, printed out the FedEx label, dropped my stuff off on Saturday and the following Monday I had my Passport AND my Passport card. They made everything so easy, (except for the picture - entirely my issue LOL).

Passport was delivered to me a day early and customer service is excellent.
From the very first step through receiving my passport all instructions were clear and easy to follow. During the process I was updated via email, which offered relief to know "things were moving along". At one point, I had a hiccup with my check and had to pay via credit card.
