I received my passport within a week. I liked that I received emails all through the process. Would definitely recommend this service.
When I realized my passport had expired in Jan instead of Jun, Rushmypassport was able to accommodate my need for new passport within 3 days, including getting it to a local Fedex office on a Saturday. I was able to pick up my passport and make my emergency business trip to Mexico as scheduled. It was well worth the money, but even without needing such a quick turnaround, I would still recommend the convenience of the service!

I used your service, and almost a week later my husband sent for a replacement (lost) passport through the regular post office. His came a day before mine did!
I was of course disappointed that I paid to expedite only to get mine a day after he did, but honestly it was worth the money to me just to have the checklist and have someone look everything over before it was submitted. Based on that, I would recommend your service. It was very easy to use, and your personnel were pleasant to speak with.
Could be a bit cheaper. I'm not sure why I had to pay the expedite charge when I'm paying for the expedite service to begin with?
