I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Rushmypassport. Being in need of an expedited passport renewal usually means that you are in a stressful situation, so customer service is of the utmost importance. There are many steps involved with renewing your passport and Teddie stayed on the phone with me for much of the application process, patiently walking me through step after step -always courteous and friendly - never making me feel rushed. He sent emails to guide me along the way with reminders and lists of requirements - always including a phone number at which to talk to customer service at any time. After I sent an overnight delivery of my application papers to them, I received an email letting me know that my application had arrived in Washington, DC. I had purchased a 6-9 business package, with early morning Fed Ex deliveries, and Rushmypassport had my passport to me in 6 business days - without one single problem. This company seems to have it down pat and I would not hesitate to use it again or recommend it to a friend.

I can't say enough about your service. Within minutes of contacting you I received a detailed checklist of what I needed to do to get a replacement for my lost passport. Once I got all the documents I needed, you send me an authorization letter and a FedEx label. The envelope went out at 4 PM on a Tuesday and I had my passport at 2 PM on Thursday. I had pretty much told myself I wouldn't be able to go on my cruise but that isn't the case. I leave with my passport 6 days after I contacted you.
