We were a bit skeptical about using this service at first, Rush my passport has amazing customer service. They sent out passport on time even though fedex had lost our package the same day we sent it. Tasha was one of the reps helping us she was just amazing and monitored our order and kept us updated. It seemed too good to be true that it could be prepared so quickly. It arrived on time and so much faster than I thought was possible. I sent the paperwork in on a Friday and it was at my doorstep on Tuesday morning.

Amazing simply amazing. The customer service was stellar any problems that I had they solved it in minutes and questions I had they answered, I was think without the great customer service this would have been a mess in seconds! The process was easy too you just got to gather the right documents and the website and email provided gives you all the details! Once delivered my passport came in really fast I was surprised it took less than a week which is something that I appreciate very much!
