I was very glad to be able to expedite my passport renewal. My only complaint was I was told I would receive my passport on Wednesday and didn't get it until Friday. Fortunately I wasn't leaving until Friday and it didn't come until an hour before I had to leave. When I called on Wednesday they said they would move the delivery time to early am. When I hadn't received it by early am the delivery company said Rush My Passport couldn't do that as it was already paid for and the delivery was for residential by the end of the day. I did appreciated the ability to track it through email and calling the company which helped keep the anxiety level down. Overall it was a good service to use. The customer service people were very helpful.

My entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I called a representative twice during the process and they could not have been more helpful. Their interest in answering my questions was as clear as their explanations and concern that they had resolved the issue. This company delivers and their customer service is as impressive as I have ever experienced.
I was told I would be recieving my passport the thursday or friday of the week I purchased the product. On friday I was told it was not finished and that the "government" was not done and that the product was arriving the following monday. I asked why when I paid for the 4-5 buisness day service that the company could not work w/ me. The operator only said over and over again that the government had the passport and there was nothing to be done. I asked if a saturday delivery can be done as I was promised the passport on Friday, the absolute last day I needed it. He did say saturday was avaliable. My passport arrived saturday. Thank you.
