I have NEVER been so impressed with any service for any service ever! The customer service provided by James Rosier was phenonemal... he was very clear making absolutely certain that I understood the directions perfectly and insisted that I call him at any time in the process... "call me from the Post Office if you question anything", "honestly, this is very important you don't have time to mess up anything... just call and check" and he was courteous and simply wonderful! AND... my passport got here with 2.5 days to spare!

Having realized that I had not renewed my passport just a couple of days prior to a business trip to the UK, I went into a panic. Friendly customer service when I had questions.
I mailed my documents in on a Monday afternoon via overnight UPS. They were received the next morning, and sent for processing that day. The next day they were received by processing, processed and mailed back to me that afternoon. I received them at 8:30 on Thursday morning. I couldn't have asked for quicker service. I do think the price to do this is quite high, but if you are in a bind and need a passport renewed asap, this is the way to go.
My passport expiration date was shortened to one year; so I am not exactly happy about that. I do not believe that was the companies fault, though. This was my fault due to the fact that I lost my passport twice.

My experience with rushmypassport.com was amazing. They are very professional. I was immediately assigned an agent- James Rosier. He was very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. I have to admit. I was concerned at first, sending fees to a company that I did not know and expecting a result before my flight. After speaking with James, he made me feel assured and confident. The automated phone calls and emails confirming the steps were awesome. I received notification that my package arrived, that the information was sent for processing and notification that the package was sent out to me :) James confirmed that my package had arrived. Top notch experience. I only wished that I had scheduled our flight earlier so I could have spent more time with my family :) great job James and rush my passport!
