I experienced much frustration calling my passport office and only having the option of leaving a message for them to call me back for an appointment time. I took days for the callback, and when the day came they didn't keep my appointment time and I wasn't notified.
So I went with rushmypassport for an expedited passport. It was pricey but well worth it. They are very competent and very happy to talk to me each time. I had lots of contact with rushmypassport because I didn't want to miss any important detail and with each question I just called. William Weaver was very helpful each time and especially because there are not any walk-in passport offices in Raleigh, he directed me to seal my documents with the Superior Court of Roxboro, NC an hour away by car. At least that was an option.
Scott singleton was very helpful throughout the entire process and even afterwards.
William Weaver was FANTASTIC. He kept me posted, beyond just the canned email I'm sure get sent out. He even let me know about the delay and ensured I got my passport in a timely manner. I'd use the service again, though I hope I don't space getting my passport renewed right before a big trip. Great, efficient and professional service.
