I've never used a service like Rush My Passport before but when I realized my passport was going to expire in the middle of my upcoming trip, I took a chance and signed up. William Weaver was awesome at answering all of my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Their instructions are easy to follow and the overall process is pretty painless. I mailed off all of my documents on a Saturday and received my new passport by Wednesday! I'm very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend Rush My Passport to anyone that finds themselves in a bind!
Everything proceeded like clockwork. We had a small glitch with UPS, but that was remedied and the passport arrived on time, and we had a very small window. Disaster averted. Thank you, William Weaver for you excellent service.

James Rosier at Rush My Passport did an amazing job walking me through the process of adding more pages to my boss' passport! Learning on a Thursday that he needed more pages for a trip the following Monday, my boss put me in a difficult position of gathering all the necessary information in order to insure the pages would be added within 24hrs. First I used the live chat to ask a few questions about shipping options and to learn if there was a limit to how many pages I could add. The live chat was actually great - not one of those automated responses, I knew I was talking to a real person who understood each question I asked and responded with thorough answers. Next I called the agency to make sure I received my authorization email and thats when I was able to speak with James. He was extremely patient and waited on the line as I went through EACH step! He worked out the shipping costs with me and promised my boss would receive his passport back with new pages added on a Saturday afternoon. Naturally, I was terrified sending out the passport on Thursday evening, assuming something would go wrong and my boss would be stuck without a passport. To my surprised, the passport arrived on Saturday afternoon and my boss sent me photos of how big it is now thanking me for handling the situation - really it was James who handled it! SO happy I called and was able to speak to him. I would 100% recommend this service to any of my friends & colleagues. Thank you again James!

Ordered overnight service but didn't get my passport for another 2 days (sent on Tuesday, supposed to receive on Thursday). However, the firm credited me some money and provided Saturday delivery. All representatives with whom I spoke or worked with were helpful and polite - Amy Figueroa, Rob Tarquini, etc.

Your site and William Webster were very helpful... however, I do think this was a very expensive way to get your passport... but if I don't consider the price it was very efficient and the service was very helpful. I am just old and used to going to the post office... getting my picture taken and paying right then and there... and it seems it was never over a hundred dollars... but again, when I had problems downloading when I called for help they were very helpful.
