I am incredibly impressed with your company and the services of Frank in particular. First time through, I got a girl, who said to "call back" after filling out the form...and meanwhile I had a question as to how to do it properly within a minute of hanging up. When I got Frank, he was absolutely amazing. Detailed, precise, organized and personable. My daughter's passport is here, in hand, and she is ready for her trip tomorrow! Thank you so much for superb service, from email notifications, to voicemail notifications, it took all the worry out of the process! Yeah

I was extremely happy with the services I received with Rush My Passport...I was very anxious about getting my granddaughter a passport (she's a minor) in time to take a trip out of the country with me. Using RMP, I received the passport in a very short period of time, and that enabled me to stop worrying and enjoy getting ready for the trip! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone was tremendously helpful and I did call in several times just to get updates or ask questions...everything ended just the way it is advertised to happen and I couldn't be more pleased or satisfied with my experience!

I was hesitant at first because rushing a passport costs a lot. We were desperate and otherwise could not have taken the trip so we gave Rushmypassport a try. They were amazing. They answered all my questions, I was always able to reach someone, and they communicated with us through both email and phone every step of the way. They got us our our expired passport renewed so quickly, I did not even think it was possible but they did. William Weaver was our case manager and he was great!

My customer service exceeded my expectations. The good folks at the State Department did their best to screw things up (bad information on the amount of the check, requiring additional documentation without explanation, etc.). Through it all my customer service rep, Cindy Bulu, calmly kept me informed and my passport application moving. Then, when UPS sent out bad information, Yvonne (not sure of spelling) in escalation services went to every effort to investigate and resolve the problem. What impressed me the most was that even though I received my passport yesterday, Cindy still called me today to make sure everything on my passport was correct and that I needed no further support.

I called in for support many times navigating the one line paper work and procedures. Based on the standard that the customer service team provided (over the top patient and supportive) it was noted on two occasions when the support was not as at the same caliber as pervious. This is why you have a 5 out of 6. Note that I am both appreciative and impressed at how well informed and how smoothly I was through-out the process. Thank you.
