I was hesitant at first because rushing a passport costs a lot. We were desperate and otherwise could not have taken the trip so we gave Rushmypassport a try. They were amazing. They answered all my questions, I was always able to reach someone, and they communicated with us through both email and phone every step of the way. My customer service exceeded my expectations. The good folks at the State Department did their best to screw things up (bad information on the amount of the check, requiring additional documentation without explanation, etc.). Through it all my customer service rep, Cindy Bulu, calmly kept me informed and my passport application moving. Then, when UPS sent out bad information, Yvonne (not sure of spelling) in escalation services went to every effort to investigate and resolve the problem. What impressed me the most was that even though I received my passport yesterday, Cindy still called me today to make sure everything on my passport was correct and that I needed no further support.
