I was at first very leery in using any type of service as this due to me never have had heard you could actually "bypass" the waiting time required but my husband and I were in a time crunch and needed our passports ASAP, so we took the chance and we are very glad we did. Our CSR was James Rosier and he was awesome. He guided us and basically walked us through every step of the way, from the application, documents needed, where to take them and what to expect. The only aspect we had no clue on, was the 5 hour line as the acceptance office we went to lol and in no way his fault. After we got paperwork filed and in our hands and went to the UPS store to send them off is where we hit our snag. They told us that the companies mailing label was incorrect because it had no weight listed and there was no way it would be at destination next day because we missed cut off time(which was 9am that same morning) I called rushmypassport and although I was not able to speak to James, another CSR helped us and was very courteous and knowledgeable and said everything would be fine and the shipping label was indeed correct and our passports would just take a day longer. I proceeded to go back to the UPS store counter and relayed what I was told to her.Now this lady was rude from the get go so when she asked us if they worked for UPS and obviously not, it was wrong but that they would just be "charged back" on what they will owe UPS. So package was accepted and would be picked up the following Monday. We received our passports and all original documents back the same week and we were amazed to say the least. I would definitely use rushmypassport again and recommend them to anyone who would ask me. Thank you James Rosier for making this so easy but not completely stress free through no fault of the company. So sorry this is so very long but wanted to share my entire experience and the guidance I received. Again I would use this company without a second thought if I needed it again. They guaranteed a quick turnaround and they delivered. I overnighted my documents on a Thursday, they received them on Friday. They were walked through the passport process on Monday and I received my passport on Tuesday. You can't get any quicker service than that. A big thank you to William Weaver who handled my order.

I contacted this site based on the customer service reviews. My initial experience was less than satisfying as it took me over an hour to get to the person who could provide me with actual information on the process, and this was after I had paid the required fees. As a professor of marketing it would suggest that it would be helpful to list the processes prior to requiring payment from a customer. Also, provid training to the folks at the front end. Once I ws given a case manager, Scott Singleton, he was most helpful with my questions and responded in a timely manner. I commend him for turning what started out as a nightmare into a positive experience. THank you
