Whole process was well laid out and easy to follow. I was kept in the loop all the way, and had no worries as I knew exactly where the process was. When you need a passport fast, they will deliver. These guys are good!
My issues are not with AMIE FIGUEROA who ushered my passport through the process. My issue was in the inconsistent and conflicting advice I received from a number of your phone reps. I was trying to determine if my passport could be expedited as it was still valid, just not long enough to be valid 6 months after I visit China. And I needed an expedited passport in time to apply for a visa to China. One rep said it could not be expedited because I was not leaving until August. Another said I would have to "invent" a travel itinerary so as to make it look as I was leaving earlier. Yet another said it could be done and just to submit it - which I did - and it worked out great! The lesson: not all your phone reps are on the same page.
