I had little time to get a new passport and I needed a service that would take the hassle out of the process for me. In that regard, it was nice not to have to drive into the city to go to the agency to get my passport. However, I prepared all of the paperwork and basically paid for someone to stand in line for me. In that regard, it was quite expensive. However, if you're willing to pay the high price for procrastination, then this service is for you. My only problem came in that I was not aware that "expired" passports can actually be used for renewal up to 5 years after the expiration date. I applied for a new passport, but when the online forms asked about my old passport, they provided the Renewal documents (R-82) and not the New Passport documents (R-11). Thus, when talking to the passport specialist, I received the wrong information. I did mention that I had an old passport, asked if I could use this instead of my birth certificate, and gave the issue/expiration date for the old passport and unfortunately, Ben (the specialist) didn't catch that I needed the Renewal and not the New Passport. This led to a trip to the post office, an angry post office worker claiming I didn't have the right forms, and a hasty call to the Rushmypassport.com customer service to figure out what was going on. In the end, it all worked out and I received my passport by the date they said so I can't complain too much.
The star of the outfit is Sabrina. She went well beyond the call of duty to make sure that my experience was very positive. When there was panic she eased the tension. Thanks.

The best option would be not to need this service however, since that was not an option, although pricy, I m very satisfied. Start to passport in hand, 8 days including the weekend. Great job!
