I required urgent assistance with respect to difficulties I was having with electronic forms to be filled in order to complete my application. After two unsuccessful conversations with agents requesting help with this problem over two days, I was finally fortunate enough to be connected with Ms. Patricia Pate. This lady walked me through the web of computer obstacles in the most patient, courteous and professional manner conceivable. It is the best customer service experience I have experienced in a very long time. I put my sealed envelope with my passport application in the overnight UPS on Friday afternoon, and I had my passport the following Thursday. By following the passport checklist, the instructional video and the easy to follow instructions that were sent, my documents were all in order and there were no issues with my application. Sandra Rachal answered my questions and explained what I needed to do and was very professional. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a passport in a limited time frame. Laid out very well. The only problem came when dealing with the US Government website. Ended up with several trojan virsuses and could not get accoplished with what i need. The person I made contact with at rushmy passport was no help but was aware of the badwebsite (not the trojecans). TOld me I cold not use windows. Wrong answer. I could have saved my self a few days of clenaing up viruses, trojans and other problems if I had not follwoed their directions. After contatcing the govenemnt website poeple they we able to give outstandning guidnace on how to use the NEW website. After that everyhting workd great on the rush my passport aspect. I passed this informaiton on to Rush my passport personnel.

Great service. Lots of unobtrusive contact via email and phone messages so I was never worried about what was going on. They even had a YouTube video to explain the process and to answer frequently asked questions. And a template for a letter that had to be written.

The customer service skills was great, however I did not receive my passport in the time period I paid for, but when I contacted the office I was told I would be refunded the difference of the service I was provided versus the service I paid for and I still got my passport in the time frame that I needed it. I highly recommend rushmypassport.com. It might seem a little expensive at first, but it was worth it and in the whole scheme of the price of international travel now days, it was commensurate for the service they provided.
