I have to admit that I was a little nervous and unsure that I would receive my passport in time for my upcoming business trip. I started perparing for my vacation when I noticed I could not find my passport. I was beside myself since it was all booked 6 months in advance and I was looking forward to it. I found this service on the internet and took a chance although I did not think they could pull it off. They did! Awesome customer service. Great reps. Answered all of my questions during my multiple calls. Very nice and personable also. What they should tell you is that it is 24 hours turn around from when they get it to when it ships out so it really takes 3 days. They should also tell you that they accept an old passport that is in good shape instead of the official birth certificate. I had the old passport but not a birth certificate so I thought I wasn't able to use their service until I called the reps. They saved my much needed vacation! I highly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation.

The rush my passport company provided excellent customer service in regard's to all issues which arose when we were trying to get my boyfriend's passport processed and shipped to us. Mr. Terry Price in customer solutions was extremely patient with us. He provided us with detailed instructions which was very helpful in every way to assist us in achieving his passport. I had a plane reservation for 26 Aug, for Halifax, Nova Scotia. Checked my passport and found it had expired in 2013. I asked for help on this and was told what to do by many helpful people, especially at "Rush My Passport". I mailed of what was asked for on a Monday and lo and behold the passport renewal came on Fri. Afternoon 22 Aug! I discovered my passport was expired and I was set to depart he USA at the end of the month. I State Department's web-site pertaining to their "rush" service and was not impressed. Too much chance if I got a Federal employee with the attitude of "I get paid the same whether I do a good job or not." The reviews of Rush My Passport were good, so I started the process. I knew I'd pay more BUT I also expected better service. I was not disappointed. Everything happened on-time with no problems. Communication with the company were excellent and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to their service, I got what I paid for in the time frame I chose and I'll leave the country on-time. Use this service!
