I did have an instance of not being able to contact the person that was assigned to help me. She was out of the office twice.
Needless to say, I simply didn't have 3 months to wait for my passport to be delivered. James Rosier helped with every question, of which I had quite a few. Needless to say, the multitude of forms completed and processes required by the State Department is enough to worry any new passport applicant, especially one in a time crunch. I was extremely hesitant at the beginning of this process, having read horror stories of customers who had paid a high rate for a quick service only to have been left passport-less and out hundreds of dollars. This was not the case here, I had an extremely pleasant experience using Rush My Passport, and received my passport with days to spare. I can only highly recommend RMP to others, as I hope I'll never find myself needing a rushed passport again!

I am very satisfied with the profesional handling of my Passport renewal. I Work out of the country, and sometimes the time issue is a problem. I contacted Rush My Passport Service when I only had 3 days to travel out of the country, after I sent in the information requested, Rush My Passport notified me that I had left out some information, resending it in would delay the process so they sent my Passport back to me permitting me to travel. Once at my office ouside of the USA, I sent in my Passport to the service and in a matter of days I had my new Passport in my hands.
