They did everything they said they would do and ahead of schedule. I contacted them on Thursday,got the paperwork the same day and went to the post office on Friday. The package was sent UPS Friday and I received my new passport the following Thursday.

This is the best way to get a passport, even if you are not in the most urgent situation. They have everything laid out step-by-step so there are no surprises; no standing in lines only to find out you are missing something, etc. The price is really not as expensive as you would think, considering they are basically holding your hand through the whole process, and actually doing all the work for you. Each person who answers the phone knows the entire situation so you never have to wait for just the right person to get your questions answered.
