Excellent service. There was a miscommunication on my part regarding delivery timing. I was up against a flight on Monday and still didn't receive my passport on the prior Friday. I called them and they overnighted it on to deliver Saturday at 9AM!

I was amazed how quick and easy this was. Expensive yes but if you don't realize until it is too late to go the normal route this is a great service and worth the $. I will use this site again and found Annie Figuersa easy to work with and very responsive. I have recommended this service to many of our friends.
I previously referred this service to a friend with a last minute passport renewal issue. They were very pleased. This time I used the service to add additional pages to my own. While I probably had enough time to handle through the normal process, I used the 5-7 business day service for my own piece of mind. The process was simple and straight forward. The person I talked with on the phone was very helpful. The customer service member was able to walk me through step by step through all of the forms and the entire process. Once I send off my paperwork I received my passport within one week and I was very happy with the results and professionalism that I received.
Bill Hess was absolutely outstanding. Clearly, the process is both cumbersome and time-consuming. Bill was methodical and thorough. He zeroed in on the crucial elements that, if filled in incorrectly, would delay the passport. He made me repeat things back to him to make sure I had heard him correctly! That may seem parochial, but it is what a professional does to insure success. It is expensive, but I got what I paid for: a passport in time to travel to the Bahamas!
