The customer service reps and James Rosier whom I dealt with on a day-today basis until my passport was received truly did a tremendous job at making sure my mind was eased during this process. I had a need to receive a new passport in less than seven days work related international travel and I didn't know what to do. So, I went to Google and typed in "get a new passport expedited". The result of that search was rushmypassport.com. I saw the great comments about the service but was a little skeptical because this entire process was completely new to me. I tried the service and I cannot put into words how pleased I am with their service. I my heart and mind are at ease because I get to make my international flight that my job arranged. Relatively fast and accurate service. Website could be clearer in its step-by-step directives; there are elements that contradict one another in the checklist. Customer Service directives sometimes conflicted with website and checklist directives. Customer Service reps at times not great at email or phone follow-through.

Excellent process. Easy to understand and follow. Fantastic touch in having an advisor assigned to each case. Everything was delivered as promised, on time and exactly as quoted. The advisor even went so far as to inform me that I had selected a service option that was more expensive than what I needed and that I would receive my documents in plenty of time prior to my trip by selecting a lower cost service. Now that's the type of honest and forthright customer service that would personally keep me coming back.

I could not be more pleased with my service from RushMyPassprt. Bill Hess was my case manager, and he was exceptionally responsive, patient, meticulous and empathetic. I had a number of little issues, like needing a marriage certificate mailed from another State, and the marriage certificate being written entirely in Spanish. (Neither my late husband nor I am Hispanic, but we chose to get married in Mexico.) Mr. Hess always had a solution, and showed no sign of irritation or impatience as these problems popped up in the process. The passport was shipped back to me the very next day after I mailed in my application package! This was earlier than I had dared to hope, and in good time for my departure, on a trip to accompany my friend to receive immunological treatment for pancreatic cancer in Germany. Congratulations to a system that works. You must know how to both select the right employees and train them to fit their jobs perfectly.
