The service provided was great and they were able to get us an updated passport as well as visas in the time that we needed them. The only confusion we had was with which shipping label needed to be attached to the package for the first delivery and that the other shipping label should have been included in the first package going out. After the problem was found from their end, they were very quick and courteous to resolve it in a timely manner and our documents were still received in the timeframe that we needed them.
