Then they said they'd keep us informed at each step, and did that too. Then we paid for the 8 - 12 business days service, and got our passports back on the 8th day. Fast (Friday afternoon to Wednesday morning), efficient service. Emails daily indicating status of my order were very helpful to ease the worry. Not a glitch through the whole process.
