I had a lot of questions and called about 5 times. The staff all were extremely pleasant and helpful. There were some inconsistencies in advising what items needed to be forwarded for processing. A slightly revised check-off list saying for instance which items go in the sealed envelope and which items your firm needs copies of. I was given different advice by bs couple of employees. I'm not blaming the staff, I just feel things could be a little clearer.

The service was impressive, and surpassed all my expectations. What I appreciated most was having a telephone number to call, which I used three times, as I went through the on line process and paper work. My questions were answered immediately, assuaging all my doubts. Because time was of an essence, I had no room for mistakes. They delivered everything they promised, keeping me posted as to the status of my passport being processed during each step of the way.

The service was simply amazing and what makes it so outstanding is having your own personal case manager. William Weaver was so helpful and friendly that I felt like I've known him for years. He actually made this process a pleasure to complete. I could call him at anytime and I did. I will use this service in the future regardless of whether or not I need my passport quickly. Hopefully Will is my case manager on my next renewal.

I was always able to speak with a representative. Each time they were courteous, helpful, understanding and patient. They walked through each step, even as I was asking questions that I was pretty sure I knew the answer to. When you are using a service such as this, you are under the gun to get everything correct the first time-- even down to the use of black ink instead of blue! The only 'complaint' is price. It is not cheap. But again, when you are trying to salvage a trip that you've already expended significant sums on you're willing to pay. This is a quibble. This company earned their money processing rush passports for both my wife and myself.

RushMyPassport is a terrific service - worth every penny! You are walked through all aspects of the process and they really do rush to deliver as promised, on time. I made an error in part of my process and the company representative who helped me, Andi Thomas, was outstanding. She took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, and was extremely courteous and professional. I recommend RushMyPassport to friends and family. This is the second time I have used them, and I would definitely use them again.

When discussing the checklist with your agent, I didn't understand that the photo has to have been taken in past 6 months. I sent one from 2008. This delayed my trip further. Please emphasize this with next customer.

Other than above, I was happy with service.

I used your service since I lost my passport less than a week from my travel date. I have nothing but positive feedback. Your company was extremely helpful, professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with both emails and phone calls. I would not have been going away on my already paid vacation without the assistance of Rush My Passport. Your company saved my vacation. I was skeptical in the beginning

I was skeptical in the beginning. It sounded too good to be true to get a passport renewed in 4 days, including one day each for the shipping either way. Also was skeptical about the authenticity of the site to begin with and of the business where I was shipping such an important document as the passport. My wife needed to join her new job and they needed the passport for verification. We found the passport was expired over the weekend before. We contacted RushMyPassport on Monday morning and got it in hand by Thursday. Their service is extremely professional and their instructions are extremely precise as there is practically no second chance in this transaction. Very satisfied. Period.

Originally we ordered priority service, expecting to get the passport within a week. Due to travel dates, that was not possible and I think should be more clear prior to placing an order. It was a hassle having to get an additional sheet signed and mailed off again when another courier had to be used. In the least, our payment should have been adjusted to reflect the correct time frame in which we actually could receive the passport. I requested an updated receipt on 3 different occasions when we were additionally charged for a check that had to be re-written. I never got that either. The rest of the experience was fine, and what matter most is his passport was received in time before his trip.

This service is excellent from start to finish. Clear, detailed instructions, full support, and communication at every step (especially important once everything is "out there") make this a great service. If you need to renew your passport in less than 2 weeks, this service makes it as stress and hassle free as possible.

Worth every dollar!

Worth every dollar! Service is great! Rushmypassport.com site was fairly easy to navigate. Contacting customer support for submitting passport application was such a pleasant experience, Bill Hess was my contact, he was extremely thorough, pleasant and helpful with my questions. I will definitely use this service again and have recommended it a friend.

I was in a bit of a panic because my passport was expiring less than 6 months from the end of my trip to Europe. So I researched this company, found great reviews and decided to use them for my renewal. I found the directions and forms provided were good and very easy to follow. You could do everything on line and print it which was great for me. They let you know each step of the processing and when it is being mailed. It even came a few days earlier than expected. I thought the service was excellent.

Rush My Passport literally saved our vacation. We had forgotten that child passports are only 5 years, and with just under two weeks before vacation discovered that the passports for both (now grown) children had expired. RMP was calming, professional, and patient as we went through the process. Our two new passports arrived with 4 days to spare. Great bunch of people.

Staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. It made the process incredibly easy. On that front, I would give 5 stars. However, I am slightly disappointed in paying for next day service, yet not receiving my passport for nearly a week. I submitted my order on a Thursday and did not receive my passport until the following Wednesday evening.

I had a last minute chance to go to Australia

I had a last minute chance to go to Australia. My Passport had just expired but since I rarely get to travel I did not make renewing a priority. I spoke to James Rosier twice during the process he talked me through my concerns and handled everything better that I thought possible. Still can't believe everything could come together so quickly! All very good

All very good. I chose the 'standard service' which around Christmas time will take some time but far quicker than mailing it in yourself.
The forms were a little tricky but one call to Customer Support straightened it out.
I was updated on where in the pipeline my application was.
If I had to rush my passport for an immediate trip I am sure RushmyPassport could handle it.
Good Job.

Procrastination is my middle name (well, not really, but you get the point) so when I found Rush My Passport I was relieved. The procedure is relatively simple and painless although there is a level of anxiety associated with making sure you've got the right documents. Rush My Passport practically held my hand throughout the process and did it with a cheerful attitude.

Do not hesitate to trust the people at Rush My Passport to help you get your passport. They know what they're doing and they will make sure you do to. I'm only sorry I won't need them for another ten years!

Overall, a very good experience

Overall, a very good experience. My only complaint is that once I signed up, it was very difficult to get someone on the phone as required to take the next step--I had to wait a half-hour or longer on hold. I eventually called back and used the extension number for new inquiries (as opposed to existing customers). I still waited longer than I should have, but did get someone on the line who took care of me and patiently talked me through the process of completing the documents. Once I sent everything off, the service was excellent--confirmation of receipt, status updates, and I received my passport card early and my book exactly when promised.

The company should have more customer service agents available to process existing (but new) customers.
