RushMyPassport is smart. I think they probably under-promise and over-deliver. Not a knock on them. Just an observation. We were a bit panicky as I would suspect most who call them are. They were calm and reassuring and did NOT steer me to the more expensive, but unnecessary options. Our two passports arrived before promised by several days. My only gripe is that they (as well as their competitors) seem a bit overpriced, but that is our fault for overlooking something as obvious as the expiration dates on our passports. And we are experienced travelers! All that being said, if anyone I know ever needs this type of service, I will recommend RushMyPassport.

Honestly, despite all they're great reviews, I was still nervous to use them since I'd never used these type of services... was it a scam? Will they steal my identity? Will they deliver on time? Or at all? Well, after all was said and done, there's absolutely nothing negative i can say about the entire experience! I called many many times for support and questions (not that the process is difficult, just for my peace of mind) and each time i got a different person, but each time they were super nice, extremely patient, professional and helpful. They did everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them. But of course it's better NOT to lose your passport lol! Thanks Rush My Passport.

From the very first step through receiving my passport all instructions were clear and easy to follow. During the process I was updated via email, which offered relief to know "things were moving along". At one point, I had a hiccup with my check and had to pay via credit card. Customer service helped me right away and though there was a chance it would delay my passport arriving on time, Rushmypassport.com was able to get my passport to me even earlier than I expected.
