Initially the customer service rep said that the passport could not be guarenteed to reach me in time due to my living in Anchorage Alaska. This was a surprise to me as we have a major FEdEX hub in Anchorage. When I was sent to accounting for a refund, the person there thought it could be done if I upgraded to 1 day service which he did at no charge. I agreed to go forward and from that point your service operated like clockwork. Next day paperwork was delivered to you. The next day you sent back and on the 3rd day I received in plenty of time for my flight tomorrow. Thank goodness for your accounting department.

They did a great job! Only thing that kept me from giving them a 5 star ratting in all areas is the fact that I paid for overnight deliver services for two orders and they combined them into one deliver for my wife and my passports, but never refunded second charge for overnight deliver services that was never used. Otherwise services was exactly as promised with great automated updates throughout the process.
Excellent service experience in what was a difficult journey to get a first time US Passport. Staff were very patient with me, especially Johanna Jablon when we were getting all the documents needed together. 24 Hour Service is worth the expense if you need a passport urgently.
