The service was great, but expensive. If you wait till the last minute like I did, it was worth it.
After my passport was stolen, it was a very hectic time to try to get all the documentation needed to get a new passport in time for my upcoming trip. That was the most time consuming part of the process. But once I got all the documents needed, RushMyPassport walked me through the steps. I had questions, but every time I called, someone picked up the phone and helped me. Even at the prothonotary's office when a clerk processing my application had a question, I called RushMyPassport and we got the answer we needed. Once I sent my documents to RushMyPassport Amie Figueroa kept me apprised of the process and everything went like clockwork. I got my passport at exactly the time Fedex said it would arrive. Awesome service! At 11 pm on a Thursday night, I realized my passport had expired, and I was leaving in 8 days. I filled out the online form, sent in my old book and paperwork Friday morning.
