Awesome, they kept me informed through the whole process

This was the easiest and most convenient way to renew my expired passport which I needed expedited for an upcoming trip. I would recommend this to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position and the results were fantastic!

I had two weeks to renew my passport and the customer service representative Amie Figueroa assured me that the standard delivery would be OK and that I would not need to upgrade the speed of delivery, I appreciated the honesty. It would of been easy upsell. I received my passport in 8 actual days!

I was really pleased withat how quick the whole process was. The only thing I am not to fond of, is my picture in my passport is not centered. Not that big of a deal but still doesn't look right.
