I was always able to speak with a representative. Each time they were courteous, helpful, understanding and patient. They walked through each step, even as I was asking questions that I was pretty sure I knew the answer to. When you are using a service such as this, you are under the gun to get everything correct the first time-- even down to the use of black ink instead of blue! The only 'complaint' is price. It is not cheap. But again, when you are trying to salvage a trip that you've already expended significant sums on you're willing to pay. This is a quibble. This company earned their money processing rush passports for both my wife and myself.

I found Rush My Passport by a Google search. Obviously several sites popped up. I found their web site the reassuring. It is professionally done and easily navigated.

After assembling my materials I called, as directed by their instruction and spoke to Antonio. I had completed preparing my documents. He thoroughly reviewed everything with me, step by step, making sure I had assembled all the necessary materials to send in. He was professional and concerned that the process would be successful on the first go around. I appreciated that very much. He provided me with his contact information before we ended our conversation.

I was impressed that I received multiple emails initially providing me with Antonio's contact information and confirming receipt of materials. I received several there after documenting progress of my application. My passport arrived a few days later than estimated, but it was not time sensitive, so no big deal.
