Rushmypassport.com does provide the service as stated. I did call customer service about a couple of questions I had. The process in order to get your passport is not hard but must be followed exact. I would recommend there service only if you really do need a rush on your passport. The added cost is more than the passport itself. If needed I would use there service again.
I needed my passport within a 21 day window, so I opted for the 10-12 day delivery. Realizing that this indeed means 'business days', I knew I was cutting it close. As the 12 business day window came and went, I got a little antsy, but customer service looked into it, and assured me that the State Dept was running a few days behind and all would be well. 2 days later (with 3 days to spare) my passport arrived, proving the "solutions team" to be very on top of their game!

Ordered the priority service (3-5 days) and he my passport on the third morning! I had to call customer service twice at the beginning, because I wasn't clear on everything I needed, and both times I was taken care of by a person who was genuinely concerned about my questions and what I needed to get done.
