The first person sent me on a wildgoose and unnecessary chase to the local post office to submit my form. When the post office folks gave me an entirely different form to fill up and said that the form I downloaded from you was old, I ontacted your office again. This time I had teh good fortune of speaking to a very able person who apologized for the previous error and had me fed ex the form and picture directly to you. The passport reached me a day before I expected and all was well.

I had no problems at all with their service. I followed their directions to the letter and I got emails along the way from them as to the status of my order. I also got an email when it was shipped out. Took about 2 weeks to get my updated passport.

My overall experience was very good. The only reason for goving less than 5 stars was because when I called in to ask a clarifying question, the person I spoke with was abrupt and hung up after giving me information without asking if I needed further information. However, the overall process was very easy and quick. I already had a fellow employee use you for his wife's passport.

Overall experience with your company was good. Hindsight shows that if upfront communications had been more interactive the whole process could have been smoother. As it was a misunderstanding lead to an oversight that without your company courier's personal intervention could have resulted in a failure to get our passports in time for a planned trip to Canada. We appreciate the diligence your company provided once the cause of the oversight was discovered.
