I called on the 30th to find out when The passport would be delivered. The CSR said call if we hadn't received it by the sixth. It arrived the next day. It appears that the CSR did not have up-to-date information to relay

I thouroghly enjoyed my experience with rush my passport. The entire process was professional and straight forward and helped to ease my anxiety in what could have been a complete disaster for me. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and supportive. I would use rush my passport even if I didn't need my passport renewed in a hurry. It was so much more pleasant than going through the post office!
I was having my passport renewed for an upcoming trip. Of course, I waited to long. Originally I ordered a longer service renewal time frame however I didn't have a chance to do the forms, etc. I received an indepth e-mail reaching out to me to help me get things done as they had concerns I wouldn't get my passport in time if I put it off. When I returned from one vacation to Hawaii I called and updated my service to RUSH. The agent on the phone was very professional and I got the forms in that day.
