Unbelievable that we got my daughters passport in 5 days. It's a little pricey, but when your backed against the wall and time is of the escence it's well worth for a trip of a lifetime.
I have always maintained an active passport, but after having been unemployed from the oilfield for a year, I accidentally let my passport expire. Then I needed it, searching on line for how to get it expedited, I ran across Rushmypassport.com. I was very skeptical, and actually after signing up, walked away feeling I had just thrown money away. But, then I called after filling out my paperwork, as instructed, and spoke to Antonio Saint Hilaire. After that, I felt completely confident, and went on with making plans. Antonio was local, as here in the USA, he understood my needs, provided advice on how to do the remainder of the paperwork. I am not sure how they do it, but I received my passport a week before I needed it. There is no way I could have navigated the bureaucracy of the process. Hopefully, I will never need this service again, but I will recommend Rushmypassport to anyone that does.

When I called for help to print the form, the customer service agent was not too friendly about it. He talked to me like I should know how to do it and I took him away from his lunch. I hunged up and called again and the person helped with the problem. Except for the first person I had no problem.
