The only problem was that we paid for overnight both ways. It was delivered to fed ex on Saturday am but we did not receive it until Monday.

A bit on the pricey side, but service and execution were flawless. Ran into a problem with the picture I had taken at a Passport photo place not being clear enough, and your people were all over this as I only had 3 days to spare before I leave for Paris. Excellent service and attention to detail!

I used rushmypassport in the past- and it was 5 star service! I used this time and all went well in the end. However, i would note that i really was quite disappointed in the initial telephone call exchange i had w/ your representative. He was quite abrupt, disinterested, and actually did not communicate in a very polite way. This could use some work.

When my husband told me he was using your service, I said why? He told me he didn't have time to use the FREE way. I said it will more then likely take just as much time and we will have paid all that money. To my great surprise the passport was back in a flash, and he did not have to do all the work. Yea. I used their service a few years back for my daughter and again this year for myself and my wife. Both times they delivered just as they promised. Very professional. They have the process down to a science yet with a personal touch. Take your time filling out the forms, have someone double check things like spelling, SSN, etc. and you won't have any problems.

I am very pleased with how easy it was & how quickly you were able to get my passport to me, so I can go to my sister's wedding. We both thank you very much!
