I have zero complaints. Everything was easy, and customer service was eager to answer any questions I had. My passport was renewed and returned to me in the exact time frame I was told.
I needed replacement of a stolen passport and they rushed it through. All went well. Their recommendation to use Walgreen's for the passport picture did not work out. I had the Walgreen app take the picture, but two Walgreen stores in Raleigh, NC knew nothing about it.

We're going on our Summer trip and didn't realize that our middle son's passport was expired and it was 2 weeks before we were to travel. The entire process was very straightforward and the final walk through of the checklist prior to getting everything sealed up via USPS with their rep was a great step to make us feel at ease that we got everything correct. Once the passport was submitted, we received an email and text update at every step of the process which was also great in making us feel that we would receive the passport back in time. The website is misleading. It gives the impression that if you buy the two day service that it will be back after a couple of days-it means it will arrive two days after a meeting that has to be scheduled.
