My experience with Rummymillionaire.com: 1. The website has too much of information and can get confusing. 2. The card generator seems rigged (have no way to prove it; play and try it yourself). 3. Took 45 days to receive my cash winnings of Rs. 250. My experience with KhelPlayrummy.com: 1. This website is more simple and easy to use and clearly lays down the rules of the game. 2. The games are not rigged and your chances of winning totally depend on your level of expertise. 3. Cash winnings are deposited in your bank account within the stipulated timelines. I am a girl of options and have tried many online rummy websites in India. Just last month, my friend complained to their customer support that though money was debited from her bank account, the credit has not been made in her Rummymillionaire.com account. Absolutely no action was taken about this and her pleas were ignored. I followed suit and created an account with Rummymillionaire.com. Then I debited Rs. 100 from my ICICI bank account and that did not reflect on my Rummymillionaire.com account. I called the customer support and they asked me to wait for 2 days. When no results were noted after 2 days, I called back. I was now assured the complaint will be taken on fast track and in 2 days I should be hearing from them. Still no luck I called them again and again. Its 2.4 months now and I am yet to receive an update. Yes, thats how bad their service is.
