Don't waste your time. Cribbage, Backgammon, Canasta, Farkle just to name a few, all run algorithms to keep you from winning. Canasta, hum AAA, or AA2, AA* melds first time, if not canasta first round, 9 out of 10 times takes the pile, you're ready to go out, 4 more melds than the computer, all of a sudden it has more melds than you, only cards left in your hand they have melded... Cribbage, you can never keep up, it always out scores you 4 to 1, backgammon, always jumps you if you leave yourself open, it never leaves its self open, I can keep going with the rest of their crooked games. Find another site.
I just played six games of this company's online Cribbage and got blown out every game. These games are rigged. Your opponent always has the perfect cards or draws the perfect cards. Your opponent frequently draws four of a kind, double-double runs, or multiple fives. No one has or draws the perfect cards like your opponent. I consider myself an above average Cribbage player and I don't expect to get blown out every game. Please don't play or endorse this company's online card games.
Try playing a Yahtze game. In four hands the dealer deals himself five sixes, a full house, five sixes, and a five hand straight. Seriously?!?!? I write to the programmer and he says the cards are dealt randomly. I tell him no one deals themselves four great hands in a row and he tells me to play on a different website if I'm not happy. Nice customer relations. My advice: Don't play on this website and inform your friends that these games are rigged and a cheat!
Look at Canasta. When you get above 1500, how is it the opponents always seem to meld first round, more or less get Canasta first round? Constantly get 3 or 4 red 3's every hand. Always have melded, your throw off cards. Backgammon. Always 99% of the time, starts first. Their shakes allow them to 98% of the time, leave them stacked so you can't jump them. 98% of the time, when you're vulnerable, just always happens to roll the number to jump you. Cribbage? They outscore you 3 to 4 times the points every hand. It's not cheating. Then it must have a horseshoe up its $#*!.
Tried to play chess on this site, had the opposing king trapped by a rook and a queen, game ended as "stalemate" like the game was made to give anything other than checkmate just to claim you didnt win
chess.com is full of cheaters
Lichess cant program difficulty settings right
And now cardgames.io cant define a checkmate...
Where exactly do i get an actual game of online chess?
This card game site is so much fun. I'm addicted to spider solitaire but enjoy others too. You can play against the machine or other people. Check it out!
In the real game if your able to take somebodys checker you can choose not to but this game forces you to take their checker
This is my second time saying I'm really getting disappointed with CardGames.io! It's like after winning a few games the game just finds a way to ruin my day. I'm trying to win 7 games in a row. But just now after winning 5 games I just had the farkle game betray me once again! What's amazing is just how bad this game is! I mean giving Bill the ability to score over 6000 points in a game is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! This game is getting DISGUSTING! I'm just being REAL!
Some game are poorly program, like Cribbage who do not give random cards, it has pre determine deck for the computer.
I enjoy playing on this site often - I play Hearts, Crazy 8's, Solitaire, Golf, Freecell, Euchre, and Spades - Recently, on my IPad, I am hearing loud drums playing. Is the creator of the CardGames.io doing this? It is a little irritating - I just turn the sound down, though. Overall, I really like this App. And all the card games on it.
If you enjoy go fish with your kids dont bother with this game. The owner always uses "stats" as a way to prove the games arent rigged but when you only win 4 games out of 50 no matter how many times you play and the pther three bots split their stats almost evenly … rigged! We even wrote down the numbers of the other players … horrible. Gone back to real cards with real people
I play triangles against Bill. I lose. I try online mode, everyone are bots. So I lose. Just cardgames.io is bad. Don't play anything on it.
Auto answer when complaining. Will not use application since ads are girly ad b. S. Stop this practice of portraying women as large boobed, ditsy, tools for men to achieve fulfillment from viewing.
The programmers suck $#*! at their job, this is why they have no clue how to program the AI to have winning strategies. To compensate for their stupidity, laziness and incompetence, they blatently cheat the draws to allow their $#*!ty AI to win more often.
I have been using the CardGames.io since the beginning, and I love it. Never a problem, and when I write I'm always answered quickly.
First off, i dont play cribbage as i think it's a bit of a rubbish game so i cant comment on it.
I do play most of the others though, both against the computer and some against real people.
I've only once won at reversi as i'm rubbish at it.
My results for yahtzee are about 50/50 which one might expect.
I play bil sr at chess and win most of the time. I'm too scared to play real people.
I win against all three bot players in thirteen 60- 66% of the time but against people only about 30% of the time.
I win at war 50% of the time but raely play it as it's boring.
I can beat lisa most of the time at spit but never against bill, i'm too slow.
I win about 57% of the time but it's taken a while to find a strategy to do so.
Hearts is brutal but i win 44%% of the time. Better than the 25% you'd expect if we were all equal.
Euchre i play against people and there are some really great players out there. Get four people who know how to play the game and it's great. It takes a long time to learn the game properly, years.
Spades is a great game, again i play against people. Unlike euchre there are a lot of idiots that play and disappear off at the first hint of losing. I only play the ticked tables to try and avoid the no hopers.
I play against bill at gin and win 64% of the time.
So, as you can see, none of the games i play are rigged and therefore think these poor reviews are by the same idiots that disappear when playing spades thinking the cards are rigged.
There are a few niggles with the site. It will disconnect me occasionally in the middle of a game
The site sometimes takes my tick away for no apparent reason.
If i restart my computer all my statistical data is lost.
I hope people find this helpful.
I was just up 25+ late in two games of cribbage and ended up losing because the computer miraculously gets 23, then 24 points. It happens all the time!
What a joke! The computer always gets the most perfect cards, most perfect hands, at the perfect time. App used to be fun. Once you see it's rigged, it sucks!
Often I can call out the cards "Bill" will play no matter the circumstances or what is on the board, as long as it brings him a 15,31, or 3 of a kind or straight &c. "Bill" ALWAYS has a five as well, especially when the cut card is a 10 or face. Thumbs Down City. I'm not a Cribbage expert but good grief.
Cribbage and Yahtzee games are manipulated. You either get a pathetically easy win or Bill has statistically unlikely hand/throws.
I always go for multiplayer games.
I'm a decent cribbage player. I beat Bill approximately 50% of the time. I have noticed that this game is rigged. I expect for Bill to be marginally better than me in the crib as the optimization programming is easiest for picking crib cards. I dominate Bill in play as pegging - which is to be expected as it is the hardest thing to optimize. Where the computer's cheating is obvious the the non-random way Bill routinely achieves statistically unlikely hands late in the game. The appearance of these hands is strongly correlated to Bill being behind.
Based on a sample size of 20 rounds with average of 9 games. ~170 total games. Average score of hands dealt to Bill is strongly correlated with how late in round and if Bill is behind. Average score of 6 cards dealt to Bill is nearly 3 points higher when Bill is behind after game 5. Bill shows average higher points dealt to himself if he is behind at the beginning of the round. Pattern does not hold for me as the average score for me per game is about the same regardless of. The six cards originally dealt should be random. The fact that it isn't shows the game is rigged. Another example: in Game 8 of each of the 20 rounds Bill averaged 5 points (11.5) higher in terms of the point potential of the six card deal than I did. During the same 20 game 8's the highest six card hand I was dealt was 8, while I averaged 6 points. Either a huge statistical oddity or transparent cheating.
In addition, the computer either knows or manipulates the turn card at times. I've noticed that Bill only deviates from the highest average score + crib selection when the turn card plus the highest average score selection would have resulted in high points for myself. This deviation never happens early in the round or if Bill is ahead. Bill would either have to know what I put in the crib or what the turn card is.
Answer: The game(s) are only as good as the people who programmed them. When playing crib it's amazing how many times Bill gets his cut hm...
