He comprado un vuelo para lunes. Me dieron el booking ID de *******. Vuela mi novio Isaiah con Finnair a las 6 am de valencia a madrid y luego trasbordo para ir a dallas, texas. Me mandaron un email que mi vuelo no esta confirmado, y hace mas de 40 horas y no me han mandado la confirmacion. ME COBRARON EL VUELO 550 euros, y no me confirmaron mi pasaje! EL VUELO YA ESTA LLENO. No se puedo cancelar ni cambiar nada hasta que confirmen. ME HAN ESTAFADO! Y ojala no me devuelvan el finero! NO HAY NADIE EN EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. El numero que hay NO RESPONDEN, y me dice que NO MANDE EMAILS. Es una broma no? BROMA!

They ONLY offer "help" on the phone (no e-mail, no WhatsApp) and they DO NOT change your tickets even though you have already paid them for this service and the change you ask for is perfectly feasible (as I could see myself from the air-company website: plenty of room, with yet one month to go before I fly!).
Cancelled flight without notice NOR way to reach them. Until now, 3 months later! And not compensation nor reply.
The phone number keeps going to a bot without a possibility of cancelled flights or talking to an assistant.
This company should not only be closed but Justice Laws go after them!

I bought a ticket from Guatemala to Hamburg and back. By mere luck, a month before the flight I decided to check the reservation on the airline's website and surprise surprise, the whole outbound trip had been cancelled. I contacted the airline and they confirmed to me that Rumbo had cancelled my tickets. After calling them every single day and getting some information from the airline, they finally re booked the flight for me. Again and since I didnt trust them at all, i kept checking the reservation, only to find out they had again cancelled one of my flights a week before the trip. I contacted the airline and they confirmed there is no reservation for me to do take the first flight. I have called Rumbo every single day to only hear "do not worry, we are sorry... bla bla bla" their call center agents just wanted to get rid of me. My flight is supposed to be tomorrow, they havent fixed anything and I already know i wont be traveling, I have called again now and they said that since the airline has already closed, they cannot do anything at the moment!
DO NOT USE RUMBO! It is a scamming company, incredibly difficult to reach, agents who cant do anything and will just try to get rid of you! I am already disputing the transaction with my credit card company, and I really hope this unethical agency will give me a full refund. In any case, please to anyone who gets to read this, beware this company! And if you have already made a reservation through them, keep an eye on your reservation directly at the airline company, they cancel the tickets without the consent of the client (and I dont care if they reply saying this is a lie as all their agents have said, I have it in written from the airline that it was Rumbo who cancelled my tickets!)
Booked a flight, turned out the flight was full and they hadn't confirmed the booking with the airline. Customer service was diabolical. Having to now wait 72 hours for a refund of over £400, and was stuck and unable to get home as a result. AVOID.
Checking over my visa bill I find a fraudulent charge for $241.85 to Rumbo in Madrid. I didn't make it, fortunately visa changed my card out shortly after.
On 9/18 I requested two internet tickets via Rumbo from Lisbon to Sao Paulo, where my husband and I resided for a year at TAP on 23/10. Two tickets came from Sao Paulo to Lisbon. I immediately reported that there was a mistake, when they sent me new tickets for the 23rd from Lisbon to Sao Paulo with the airline's penalty cost of 400 euros and more price adjustment of 328.60 euros than the 1,210.19 euros already paid. I certainly did not accept and forwarded the Cancellation request to the Insurance since the Rumbo phone directed me to search the site and the site said that to Cancel as had the Insurance was great but did not answer anything else. On the same day, I sent the Insurance Cancellation request based on the Unintentional Act and immediately replied that in 24 hours I would have the payment back. In ******* already over 24 hours I receive the Invoice confirming our flight from Sao Paulo to Lisbon, as you know impossible because we are in Lisbon! Immediately I sent a new email to the insurance that answered the same thing, which as an automatic answer, today again answered me the same. Time is ticking, I need the cancellation of the flights, the return of the payment made and Rumbo does not respond. I look forward to the solution to be able to travel soon
First of all, the offer you one price and, when you are about to pay, they add extra costs without you noticing. It's likely that you will only realise after you have made the payment. If that's the case... you are totally screwed, because their customer service is horrible. There's no way of talking with a real person and they keep referring you to the app (useless) or an automated phone call (even more useless). Stay away from them!
Incompetent, unfriendly and arrogant staff unable to modify a flight. They ask for a great absurd sum of money to modify a low cost flight. They change the wrong flight and after modify it to a date that was not requested. The customer service still even tries to blame the customer for their continuous mistakes. Fake search results, got my booking cancelled three time in row within 48 hours due to sudden increase of price. Nevertheless low (fake) prices keep being offered just to end high in the search results. Especially horrible that the second offer in order to confirm your booking after all is twice the price of the carrier itself. Indian callcenter staff rude and without mandate. Rumbo and lastminute.com big no go for me.
Awful customer service! I could have lost my booking for the whole trip. I made a reservation through Rumbo for a flight from Costa Rica to Mexico for me and my family. I got an email saying the reservation was confirmed and I would get an email with the itinerary shortly. Four days later I had no second email. I called Rumbo myself. They said to confirm my booking I would have to pay more! The agent Manuel Exposito was not helpful at all, he did absolutely nothing to explain the situation or to reduce the charge. I should not be charged extra when I confirmed and gave my payment details 4 days ago.
I cancelled my reservation with Rumbo and booked direct with the airline for LESS than what Rumbo wanted to charge. Luckily there were seats left. If I would not have called today, I could have lost that whole trip with my family.
I booked what I thought were two return flights from Madeira to the Azores along with Insurance and taxi service to and from the hotel. When I got the confirmation it said that I'd only booked for one person, total cost over £500. I immediately sent an email explaining that something in their system had altered my details, please could they give me another seat for my wife.
I then got a reply saying that all I could do was get a refund, if I cancelled the flight within 24 hrs. I sent off another email saying I didn't want to cancel my booking all I wanted was another seat on the same plane please.
Again nothing came through until the 24 hr period passed, then another message this time from lastminute.com which obviously is part of their set up.
This time I was told I could cancel and get a refund so I cancelled. Then I got a message saying I would not get a cash refund as company policy wouldn't allow that rather I could get a voucher to be used ONLY through lastminute.com,
The voucher offered me turned out to be for £200 less than the total I'd paid for my booking so I'm out of pocket for something that originated from a problem with their booking site.
Little more I could do so accepted their voucher
All I can add is this... If you need an airline booking, do it direct with the airline and if you need accommodation use a firm that gives a cash refund or gives the option of paying at the hotel.
Rumbo didn't allow me to do the check in on line. Moreover, the email that they had it was not mine or for me given. However, when I got at Bari Balese Airport, I was informed about the COMPULSORY CHECK IN ON LINE. I tried to show the impossibility in the app and it was not enough. I was complied to pay 156.00. It was UNFAIR, a TRICK and a TERRIBLE WAY to get money. RUMBO NEVER MORE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Fue impossible hacer mi check in on line en el vuelo de Rumbo. Además, la dirección de correo electrónico que ellos tenian no me pertenence ni nunca fue por mi fornecida. Todavía cuandó llegué en el aeroporto fue informada de la compulsoriedad del check in on line sob pena de multa. He tentado comprobar mi impossibilitad pero no me deran oídos.

Tentei por vários vezes fazer meu check in on line de um vôo com RUMBO e sempre estava indisponível. Quando cheguei ao aeroporto de Bari fue comunicada da obrigatoriedade do check in on line sob pena de multa. Argumentei, mostrei meu aplicativo que continuava indisponível porém pouco me ouviram. Tive que pagar uma MULTA DE 156.00. Isto comprova má fé da empresa, embuste e uma maneira ardil e grosseira de pegar dinheiro. RUMBO NUNCA MAIS! QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!
Ho provato più volte a effettuare il check-in online per un volo con RUMBO ed era sempre non disponibile. Quando sono arrivato all'aeroporto di Bari, sono stato informato dell'obbligo di effettuare il check-in online, pena una multa. Ho sostenuto, ho mostrato alla mia domanda che non era ancora disponibile ma non mi sentivo molto. Dovevo pagare un importo di 156,00. Ciò prova cattiva fede in azienda, truffa e un modo avventato e rude di ottenere denaro. RUMBO MAI ANCORA! VOGLIO I MIEI SOLDI INDIETRO!
M y advised to aboud buying ticket from them, they refund me $2000 out of $4700, you could not reach them until you download their poor app. Dont even think to deal with them.
Jacks your supposedly "all fees included price" as soon as you enter a credit card to pay upon check out, customer service rude, unhelpful, cancels tickets on you on a whim, associated with Bravofly, that should say it all... Definitely too good to be true! What's worse, charge you an arm and a leg just to contact them via phone to get something resolved! And nothing does get resolved in the end, except you eat MORE money! Run away now!
You people are fake customer service, you are just there for nothing I bought ticket from rumbo I am still at the airport no solution when you call them they said we should contact Turkish airlines meanwhile the ticket was bought from rumbo. How can you give airline ticket with a fake different destination and you know it is a return ticket you can't even check well to see if everything is correct I called more 5 times to confirm my ticket they said everything is ok now I am at the airport suffering you people will fail one day because you are just taking money without good service when you call sometimes they cut your line or put it in mute your credit will finish until you hang up God is watching. I don't know Turkish, I don't know the airport but as a company you should check if I have the visas to change airport in Turkish now I am stuck I should pay extra money again to change only the airport in the same country this is not fair. I just paid that amount to book another flight for me.

Booked the flight, the money was out of my account and then received the email saying that it was canceled. I really needed this flight so I talked to my bank account in NY, they removed security I had for large amounts so I could buy the ticket, and of course... the prices went up in only one day... :\ (coincidence?). Booked again, money out of the account and flight canceled two days later...

Customer service is terrible, they were rude and extremely patronizing. The airline cancelled the route and Rumbo changed the outgoing flight to a completely different date without prior notification. When I called to say that had to fly out on the day I had booked, they refused to change it and practically called me a lier when I said that I had never received an email informing me of the change (the only email that I did not get from them conveniently enough) which apparently was giving me alternative flights. I asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. Had to call twice as they cut me off when I requested to hold for a manager. Eventually they re sent the original email whilst I was on they phone, but no alternative flights were given, only an option to accept the change or declined, which I declined however no other flight choice was given after that, and if I wanted to change it from the alternative choice I had to pay the difference and a fee for doing so, considering it was not my fault whatsoever. I was not able to book another flight there and then, I had to wait up to 72 hours for the confirmation from the airlines to check availability as they did not have direct access to make the reservation, a completely waste of time!. Whilst waiting for such email, I contacted the airline directly and got it changed to the original date in two minutes without having to pay a penny to do so, and not having to argue with anybody. My advise is, don't bother with Rumbo as they have to contact the airline directly to make the reservation, something that you can do yourself, you do not get confirmation straight away, it might take a day or so before you know if your booking is accepted and the communication and customer services is very poor. You are better off using websites such as Skyscanner or contacting the airline directly.
I have sent this company 3 or 4 emails without a single reply. If you try to call they make you wait in line for just enough time to finish the credit you bought to pay for the call. I thought it's convenient because they allow safe checkout with paypal - but the service was just terrible - please stay away and book elsewhere.
Answer: They charged me for a flight they didnt book my flight! And they dont answer the phone or wont have a proper email! I cant fly and they charged me for it
