I would give them no stars if I could! They came to my house to install a toiled, there was a problem with the water pressure Andrew took my water filter apart because he suspected it was coming from that. He said the water filter was the cause and I needed a new one, he tried to oversell me with a $1200 unit which I didn't need. When he put it back together it wouldn't stop leaking ( mind you before he took it apart it was working fine, no leaks) he bypassed the filter and tells me since I don't want to Spend the money he's just going to shut it off I don't need a filter anyway. I called the office and spoke to the rudest person and business owner I've ever come across "JOE" as soon as I said the filter is still leaking and it wasn't before is all I could get out before he became very defensive, angry and disrespectful. He said " it Doesn't matter if your $#*!ty filter was working before, after we touch it it's now leaking and we're not responsible" I told him he was being very rude and not letting me talk, talking over me, so he says" I don't really care what you have to say I have thousands of satisfied customers so what you say Dosent matter to me" maybe he was having a bad day but it's no excuse to talk to a paying customers with such unprofessionalism.…. Because if the way he spoke to me I would never use them again and to anyone that thinks about using this business be aware of the way you may get treated This is how they tried to fix it
